You wake with clouded memories inside the Vitromotus, a magical prison built to lock away a society’s “unwanted elements.” You fight your way out through tunnels, ruins and strange biomes reshaped by kymia, an energy born from emotions that brings the prisoners back to life. Official
Villagers you rescue return to Emberville, teach you their trades and help you rebuild. Combat is action-focused, with weapon-bound combos and classes you can swap at any time that inherit skills from each other. Between runs you craft, gather and decorate your own estate. Official

When does Emberville come out?
Emberville enters Early Access on Steam and GOG on January 7, 2027. It was delayed on October 26, 2026, one day before the original October 27 launch. The exact launch hour has not been announced.
Is there an Emberville demo?
Yes. A free demo containing the Prologue (about 90 minutes) has been on Steam since October 19, 2026, and the developers say it stays up until Early Access. Demo progress carries over.
How much is Emberville?
The developer announced $29.99 USD with a 10% launch discount ($26.99). It is a one-time purchase with no microtransactions, battle passes, subscriptions or planned paid DLC.
Is Emberville multiplayer or co-op?
Not at Early Access launch: it starts as a single-player game. Co-op multiplayer is planned for the 1.0 release.
Is Emberville coming to Switch, PS5 or Xbox?
Console versions are planned for the 1.0 release, but no specific console or date has been announced. Early Access is Windows PC, on Steam and GOG.
